Considering how expensive the tat is from this site you'd think they would take some care in packaging and postage. Apparently not. Just received an item - no box, just flimsy polystyrene which was damaged and not even securely tapped together, just loose and open. The item was damaged and doesn't work so now I have to try and return it which is proving an uphill struggle as customer service just really don't seem to care.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company and its tacky products
like the plague.
