We have been customers of Bradford exchange for quite a long time and have purchased many items from them.Recently we ordered a ring from them to start with they sent the wrong ring after phoning for a returns label which never arrived I had to return it at my own expense. They did then send the right ring. Halifax sent me a new card so a payment was missed I phoned them to give new details but the person on the phone put this in wrong payment system we then missed further payments due to their mistake. We then received a letter of notification to pass this on to bailiffs. I made numerous phone which were never returned you can't even leave a voicemail . When they eventually got in touch with me I asked for a written letter so if bailiffs did come I would have proof this was their mistake it never arrived and their response was to remove us from the mailing list I would never use them again
