Basingstoke restaurant: Burger King Food was cold and burger buns were stale and hard…the fries were supposed to be large but the fries bag was barely 1/3rd full with cold and old/ stale tasting fries..complained immediately to the ‘manager’Ramesh Vasa who dismissed my complaint and said to take it up with just eat despite it arriving on time in a sealed bag !..unprofessional and disgraceful service imho ..will never go there again..£20+ for 3 rubbish burgers that we couldn’t eat with about 10 fries that cost £3.49 for the ‘ large portion’…and then had to deal with so called manager who isn’t smart enough to put the customer first and take seriously a genuine complaint …zero stars if I could..poor quality food and a rip off...avoid this place!
