“Quick , welcoming service. *Just need to sort the hot chocolate as its been some time not available.. * Need to redesign/modify chairs to stop loud scraping on the floor which cause severe noise at times , effecting atmosphere very negatively..”

“My partner and I recently took a craving for a burgerking for old time sake...we always used to prefer a B.k over Mc Donald's or a KFC as it was simplier a much tastier burger as far as burgers go.... We eventually ended up on in the Burgerking take away in Antrim. northern Ireland as it was the closest one to us...”

“I visited last Wednesday with a friend. It was around 12.45 or so. The restaurant was very quiet so we thought we'd order and be served quickly. Even though we ordered the same meal, mine came around 10 minutes before hers did. There were hardly any staff on and the few customers who were waiting were clearly fed up. No apologies from staff. Food was tepid when it came. I'd suggest going on a Monday when there's a particularly dynamic manager who really knows his stuff! They seem to give priority to the online delivery customers. Disappointing really!”

“Simcoe, ON franchise - ordered a Roadhouse King, found a 3" long armpit hair on one of the onion rings in the burger. Disgusting. Took it inside to counter. All east Indians - guys cooking, girls serving . Nobody on staff said sorry, or reacted in any way. They took the burger, replaced it, without a word. So gross. Won't be back.”

“Charlotte from westend Road Burger King, had no patience, rushed me with my meal, made me feel like I couldn’t customise my burger until I told how. She didn’t left window open and put someone’s order there and the wind was blowing the bag and it was freezing out, another colleague had to tell her the food would get cold. She didn’t say please or thank you she chucked me my food and closed the window! PLEASE put people like her in the back not front of house she has zero customer service and clearly doesn’t enjoy her job!”

“So I went to my local Burger King with my partner, right? And I just wanted my favorite meal in all of the world, some delicious cheesy crunchy mozzarella fries. So I walk up there and ask if I could order some, and they said they were OUT OF MOZZARELLA FRIES. So I ask, "Can't you just make more?" And they said thats not how it works. BUT IT IS. JUST MAKE MORE YOU INCOMPATIBLE DIMWITS. And so of course I get a little upset and may or may not have gotten banned from my local Burger King for assaulting one of the employees. In my defense, they should've just made a new batch.”

“Stopped at Burger King cribbs causeway on way home from Cornwall - long journey with lots of holdups nearly 6 hours and another 100 mikes to go to home! I have the Burger King app on my phone and use the deals on offer whoever saying that I am 73 years old and have limited I T skills lol The young chap behind the counter was delightful - kindly - with a fair amount of charm ! Helped my through the ordering process without making me feel ‘dumb’ and then bought our meals to the table for us - definitely service will a smile !! Well done ti the young man - so nice to meet a young person with good old fashioned manner and a lot of tolerance 5**** Food wasn’t bad either lol”

“Burger kings new blue raspberry fanta slushie was an absolute disgrace to me and my friend!!! it was an absoultey rip off and wast of money!!! i strongly advise that u remove this from ur menu and for customers to not purchase!!!! i am extremly disappointed in this chlorine filled beverage!!!!Will not be purchasing again.”
