“Order and eat in store review The staff member that came to help was pleasant but I object to ordering all my items via boards touched by how many people? I have never seen one cleaned either. The tap screen was not working properly so I had to tap numerous times to add items. At least mcd will allow you to order from a till if you prefer. BK say you have to order off the board. I work with people who cannot read or write so I feel this is discriminatory. Also if I am paying £9+ for a meal I don't expect to have to order and then side the table for myself. I also should have cleaned the table first..”

“Terrible experience with my order. The food was cold and seemed rushed, and the service wasn't much better. I waited a long time even though there wasn't a line. Not what I expect from a quick-service restaurant.”

“Regular burger, nothing special, I think there are much better burger places. I have to say, their stuff was very nice to me and my family but when I order online, delivery was slow and burger was kind a cold already.”
