Burger kings new blue raspberry fanta slushie was an absolute disgrace to me and my friend!!! it was an absoultey rip off and wast of money!!! i strongly advise that u remove this from ur menu and for customers to not purchase!!!! i am extremly disappointed in this chlorine filled beverage!!!!Will not be purchasing again.

we ordered and we couldn't cancel our order the guy on the phone said call a partnership phone line and that had nothing to do with canceling a order

MY experience at burger king was horrible. Firstly the chicken nuggets that I ordered were both cold and food poisoned. This made my life a living nightmare as me and my family of 6 were all sick and very sad. We decided to give it a second try and the customer service was honestly appalling I had to wait 60 MINTUES for 6 burgers and 7 loads of fries.

I ordered a family meal today at 19.21. It finally arrived at 21.35 freezing cold and totally wrong. We reheated it and ate it but it wasn't right. The burger wrappings had the correct details for my order but the burgers inside were plain small single patty. We order regularly from here and this is not the first time we have had an issue, but this is the worst ever. Our orders are always over £50. Not sure that we want to give them another chance

Poor service much of these new managers are rude and hateful. Much 3 months ago. Food I got Friday poor quality bun not toasted.

Still Woeful Years since I visited BK and still woeful. Kinross Services - Firstly prices are ridiculously higher than those on the App. Order burgers without fillings - both came loaded with items we dislike. Food was barely warm. Burgerking ignore reviews - no interest in customer service. Yet another bad experience so will use McDonalds or Greggs in future.

Store 27871- Loughman Plaza - Davenport Fl. I’m a regular customer with Burger King and will be my last. My order was made wrong on August 1st @9:15 pm - I made it home and would have came back out but it was too far. I ordered a BIG fish dressed like a whopper no lettuce and they made it wrong. I called back and spoke to the manager and he informed me that my name would be in the book. I had my cash app receipt when I returned and your manager that was on duty was so disrespectful and passively aggressive with sarcasm. The total was $5.55 - the total wasn’t a problem it was the fact that she was incompetent that she had to call her GM- the conversation became confrontational and then she had a very nasty attitude and poor behavior while speaking to her employees (review the cameras) gender - Black Female - - I was so embarrassed that you would even have managers that couldn’t not handle a $5.55 transaction as if I was being dishonest. As a manager who have worked in management over 30 years didn’t represent your model - Have your way; she was making excuses vs. solving the complaint. I would not return back here again and don’t advise customers to visit here…… The fact that I had my cash app receipt should have been enough evidence to pull the receipt from your system since it was within (7) days ; instead she blew this situation out of proportion for NO reason and could have resolved with the DM in person vs us going back and forth over the phone ; as for as the GM and staff goes… suggestion to train on how to meet customers expectations especially when it wasn’t my fault- Ratings :BELOW standards ! Customer Service ! Not Friendly or Empathetic Ms -Love

worst food i ’ve ever seen. please don’t waste your money and time on this place. my food looked like plastic and was cold like it had just came out the fridge. couldn’t eat my burger because it looked inedible. left still hungry with no way to get my money back. never coming back.

Went to Burger King on South Street yesterday and used mobile app. Pulled in to the mobile app spot and waited 20 min. Called and asked what was going on because no one was in line but me. A guy came out and said sorry we didn't see you. When I left my food was cold.

Sunderland - Ryhope Restaurant gave delivery driver the wrong order, restaurant refused to do anything except say cancel where ordered from and come to restaurant in person to place the order. Stay well clear. Total joke.

We placed an order via drive through. But when we came home we realised that they have given all items in the order. We rang them many times but nobody answered the call. We couldn't go back as it was going to close soon. Very careless giving wrong orders to people and very reluctant to answer phone calls during the working hours.

Visited drive thru in Swindon order happy meal for my grandaughter. Very curt person that served me. The meal was awful, cold chips overcooked chicken nuggets. Capri sun drink, no serviette or dip, more expensive than macdonalds and no wear near their quality and value for money. Never again!!

BK Kirkcaldy. Over priced. £11 for a chicken burger (not a meal) and 6 chicken sticks. Forget this company, they are not even remotely competitive. Awful.

I am terrified about ehat happened couple of minutes ago in BURGER KING DARTFORD I I been there at 9.15 pm for buying 2 meals and i found the front door locked but people inside and working like usual I went round to drivetrough at window to ppace an order and the guy from there was told me he don't have insurance to serve me at window . I try to explain my car is in the car park but he insisted without the car i can't order. I went to the car park and came back driving and same guy was very frustrated that i have returned and start arguing with me i need to reverse to place order to speaker outside wich i did. After placing the order i pay the order and i ask the guy name for making a complain because i didnt like how i was treated. In this time the guy became very aggresive and told me to go to hell and is not my business his name and start swearing at me. In this moment i started to record and he came out from the shop and start beeing aggresive and hit my car with his hand. Other employees came out and took him inside and i was served by another employee Danielle and i asked for the manager to discuss about this. The manager Andrew came to discuss and his problem was mostly why i started recording the previos guy. After explanation Andrew (the manager) understood my p.o.v and told me the employee name witch is ALFIE. Alfie was very unprofessional and is my worst experience with burger king since i m using. I have video/audio proof about this and i will make it public if u dont take any action and start to investigate. I repeat i been there 45 minutes before closing time and i was treated like a scum bag

Awful experience 2nd time visiting same outlet. Harvey centre Harlow. Food was cold. Wait time was ridiculous. Need more staff definitely. And perhaps someone that acknowledges you They definitely need to focus on customer service and satisfaction.
