“Every time I order from Burger King on 4200 Saron Drive in Lexington, Kentucky my food is always wrong or cold! When you call customer service they are rude, someone hung up, they don’t understand English, and wants to give you discounted coupons in the app that you can’t use or can’t use to pay for all your food! What happened to the commercial that states, “WE LISTEN TO OUR CUSTOMERS”,,, I truly feel that that is false advertisement. Because having anything changed every time I call it the same old same old this will be the last time I order anything from them!”

“i ,i wanted to let you know that after years and years of purchasing your food as one of our favourite fast foods ,i and my family will notes your bluewater store again, most weeks on a wednesday and depending how many grandchildren are with us we go to bluewater and general spend £30-£50 on your food but a e the scenes which i am not confident doing of weeks ago i went to the counter to order as it was a big order with all the grandkids they 2 of them just standing there refused to serve me saying i have to use the screen which i am not confident using and like to speak to staff with my order ,so we walked out and went to McDonald’s where we dealt with much more pleasant and helpful staff ,so i and my family will not be using you restaurant any more sadly regards mr steven Palumbo”

“OK LISTEN UP, I have been a vegetarian for long over a year now and my veggie burger tasted very different, I could have sworn it was meat. My sprite tasted like soap. The staff gave me no assistance and dumped all of the orders in a pile with no labels, and when I asked what was mine they told me to 'just take one', VERY rude. I got a sore stomach afterwards.”

“I was told that I had to go to the store to get a refund of a payment that was taken twice. 80 miles round trip and nothing. No refund! Appalling and trying to get hold of somebody is impossible. Never going to use Burger King again. Completely incompetent and unhelpful.”

“We went to Burger King at Berryden. There were no clean tables, the bins were overflowing, the floor had numerous pieces of food lying everywhere. The self serve drinks machine was filthy, and when pouring a drink, it was spluttering everywhere. Service was slow, and staff appeared disinterested. When approached and asked if they could empty the bins there was a comment uttered by the staff member and she was reluctant to deal with the issue.”

“Waited 20 mins for are food only to find it was cold and the worse part is the restaurant was very quiet only 2 orders on board when complained to the manger Abbie she said that’s fine to eat I told her it was cold and wanted a hot food she just snatched it out of my hands I will just refund it which she didn’t even do that right as she did refund me for the cheese I paid for I also ask for my drink with no ice and my drink turned up with ice in it the food for other orders that had built up was just sat in warmer Abbie was busy talking to another young lady since it moved the service is very poor serve cold food to were u could get food poisoning from there the manager hasn’t got a clue on what she is doing other customers said the same about the service since it moved and Abbie also refunded for a straw been CHARGE £1 for a PAPER STRAW a POUND for a straw who else didn’t know you paid £1 for a paper straw”

“My partner and I recently took a craving for a burgerking for old time sake...we always used to prefer a B.k over Mc Donald's or a KFC as it was simplier a much tastier burger as far as burgers go.... We eventually ended up on in the Burgerking take away in Antrim. northern Ireland as it was the closest one to us...”

“I visited last Wednesday with a friend. It was around 12.45 or so. The restaurant was very quiet so we thought we'd order and be served quickly. Even though we ordered the same meal, mine came around 10 minutes before hers did. There were hardly any staff on and the few customers who were waiting were clearly fed up. No apologies from staff. Food was tepid when it came. I'd suggest going on a Monday when there's a particularly dynamic manager who really knows his stuff! They seem to give priority to the online delivery customers. Disappointing really!”

“Simcoe, ON franchise - ordered a Roadhouse King, found a 3" long armpit hair on one of the onion rings in the burger. Disgusting. Took it inside to counter. All east Indians - guys cooking, girls serving . Nobody on staff said sorry, or reacted in any way. They took the burger, replaced it, without a word. So gross. Won't be back.”

“So I went to my local Burger King with my partner, right? And I just wanted my favorite meal in all of the world, some delicious cheesy crunchy mozzarella fries. So I walk up there and ask if I could order some, and they said they were OUT OF MOZZARELLA FRIES. So I ask, "Can't you just make more?" And they said thats not how it works. BUT IT IS. JUST MAKE MORE YOU INCOMPATIBLE DIMWITS. And so of course I get a little upset and may or may not have gotten banned from my local Burger King for assaulting one of the employees. In my defense, they should've just made a new batch.”

“Burger kings new blue raspberry fanta slushie was an absolute disgrace to me and my friend!!! it was an absoultey rip off and wast of money!!! i strongly advise that u remove this from ur menu and for customers to not purchase!!!! i am extremly disappointed in this chlorine filled beverage!!!!Will not be purchasing again.”

“MY experience at burger king was horrible. Firstly the chicken nuggets that I ordered were both cold and food poisoned. This made my life a living nightmare as me and my family of 6 were all sick and very sad. We decided to give it a second try and the customer service was honestly appalling I had to wait 60 MINTUES for 6 burgers and 7 loads of fries.”

“I ordered a family meal today at 19.21. It finally arrived at 21.35 freezing cold and totally wrong. We reheated it and ate it but it wasn't right. The burger wrappings had the correct details for my order but the burgers inside were plain small single patty. We order regularly from here and this is not the first time we have had an issue, but this is the worst ever. Our orders are always over £50. Not sure that we want to give them another chance”

“Still Woeful Years since I visited BK and still woeful. Kinross Services - Firstly prices are ridiculously higher than those on the App. Order burgers without fillings - both came loaded with items we dislike. Food was barely warm. Burgerking ignore reviews - no interest in customer service. Yet another bad experience so will use McDonalds or Greggs in future.”
