“Good morning, I have been your customer since I was a child. I am now a married man that doesn't get to burger king often now I have a Vegan wife. Imaging my excitement when I heard there was a plant based Whopper! It took some doing, But I managed to get my Wife to come to burger king for the first time in her life (when you introduced the plant based Whopper). We have been about a half a dozen times since. On the way home from a long drive two nights ago we stopped at Burger King at the services, As the self order system wouldn't work we went to the counter. We ordered, while chatting at the counter, we mentioned vegan (in our conversation. The server heard us and said "By the way, The PLANT based whopper isn't vegan" It's absolutely disgusting, False advertising, Or at least VERY misleading - Why bother saying Vegan MAYO!!! This only further implies its vegan!! My Mrs was actually distraught, No meat product has passed her lips for 33 years (she is 44) She won't even have a glass of wine if it isn't Vegan. WHY MAKE A PLANT BASED BURGER, PUT VEGAN MAYO ON IT AND THEN COOK IN ON A GRILL COVERED IN MEAT! USE TONGS THAT HAVE BEEN USED ON MEAT!! Vegetarians don't care if the Mayo is VEGAN, Guess who does..... VEGANS!! Although I'm sure Vegetarians don't like their plant based products been covered in Meat juices. Obviously there is some fault of my Mrs for not doing her due diligence, But come on PLANT BASED WHOPPER - VEGAN MAYO What would anyone think. P.s the chips were cold, My bun was dry, Guess what, I still ate them, I love Burger King and I was starved. She went to bed on a small portion on cold fries. I'll not be aloud to Burger King again. THANKS Although I'm sure Vegetarians don't like their plant based products been covered in Meat juices. “Poor customer service. Ignored my friend who was waiting for assistance and when I intervened were very surly. The tables were not cleared or cleaned. The food was cold. Coffee half full. Way overpriced compared to MacDonalds. The M54 obviously takes advantage of being the only place to eat at the Welcome Break”

“A bad experience isn't what I would call it! My experience in Burger king, earlier this month was absolutely diabolical The food was served cold, the staff were so rude,when I returned our meals. The place was filthy and we just left food uneaten , and left in Disgust.! Wouldn't ever go back there. Staff really need trained up,to handle customers Worst place I've eaten in”

“Basingstoke restaurant: Burger King Food was cold and burger buns were stale and hard…the fries were supposed to be large but the fries bag was barely 1/3rd full with cold and old/ stale tasting fries..complained immediately to the ‘manager’Ramesh Vasa who dismissed my complaint and said to take it up with just eat despite it arriving on time in a sealed bag !..unprofessional and disgraceful service imho ..will never go there again..£20+ for 3 rubbish burgers that we couldn’t eat with about 10 fries that cost £3.49 for the ‘ large portion’…and then had to deal with so called manager who isn’t smart enough to put the customer first and take seriously a genuine complaint …zero stars if I could..poor quality food and a rip off...avoid this place!”

“To be honest this should be no stars. We got two cheese melts burger's deals. There was hardly any cheese also they were trying to charge us extra for chips. Most of my chips were stuck together. First time and last time I ever go to burger king. It was disgusting. No photos as I put mine in the bin. Our food was a take out”

“Please review your association with Deliveroo. My son ordered a burger and chips last week and received packaging and half the chips as the driver ate it. Deliveroo responded to my complaint with a standard email, I emailed them twice more and got the usual pathetic response. They give a very poor reflection of your products!”

“Ordered medium and large fries, they were both the same size, cold and overcooked. 2 whoppers were cold, meat was grissly and bun was falling apart, not a pleasant experience for the money paid”

“Burger buns were crumbly and stale, drinks were flat (we were offered the bottled drinks but didn’t take them). Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, and the bacon was uncooked. The onion rings were sloppy and stuck to the roof of our mouths. After arriving after being stuck on the M1 for almost 3 hours after an accident, Burger King was the only food option for us. KFC was closed due to the time. i will be AVOIDING in future! Disgusting.”

“Got a ticket with charges 3 years after a visit to your Dartford branch and car park, where I and a colleague were customers. I would advise everyone to avoid use of your services. I understand that the enforcement company you use have no legal powers but can only act in your name.”

“Went on holiday Monday in sep with grandkids and daughter ...omg awful got into an altercation with the hulk manageress who denied me access to disabled toilet even though I told her had cany wait card she did not social distance was arguing with me in front of everyone I reported about 10 times to area manager bk not interested doing nothing no wonder she is as ignorant clearly the whole company”

“My family has been frequenting this Burger King in River Oaks at 2605 Jacksboro Hwy, River Oaks, TX 76114 since it opened, and we have always had great service - until tonight. Tonight my husband was kicked out of the lobby and told he needed to go through the drive thru to order our food. The lobby was still open and people were inside eating. Your managers are clearly untrained and lack even the basic customer service skills. We took our business to Jack in the Box down the road where the service was much better and appealing.”

“You want to know what is wrong? Ok first whenever I come to your restaurant or order online, I am sick afterwards I don't know what you put in your Burgers but they taste horrible. BK I wish i could zero stars on this device. MCDonalds - 100/10 you don't even have to eat their burgers to rate them. They have lovely, sweet staff that you do not have.”

“Been several months STILL waiting for apology ContActed via letter, email and twitter Your staff made me sick, am Vegi and was pregnant and was given a Chechen burger. Could be forgiven however staff and manager kept my husband waiting for vegi burger when his got cold. The staff inc manager then proceeded to look over and Laugh Place was stinking needed environmental health as one wipe with tissue tissue was black and that was just the table ( staff stood around doing nothing) This was the new Newport Spytty retail park If anyone wants to feel ill please go there”

“Location Burger King gantshill Eastern ave. long queues, bad service , substandard taste presentation and accuracy of order. Language barriers and 45 mins parking allowance . Got a ticket there for eating at the restaurant. They claimed I took an hour . Yes I sure did But it took them 20 mins to serve my order . Utter entrapment. Avoid avoid avoid you’ll get a parking ticket not worth the nasty over rated products handed out at this location.”

“We went to Burger King at Eastgate Bristol (1st November )at11 49 drivethrough we unwrapped the food and it totally fell to pieces it was seemingly thrown together presentation was non existent. We had 2 Whoppers and one Coke it came to just over £11.27 this to me is an expensive meal just a snack. I am disappointed and will not be going back this was a bad experience.. I am writing this at 10.30 and still suffering with indegstion”
