I’m a regular customer with Burger King and will be my last. My order was made wrong on August 1st @9:15 pm - I made it home and would have came back out but it was too far. I ordered a BIG fish dressed like a whopper no lettuce and they made it wrong. I called back and spoke to the manager and he informed me that my name would be in the book. I had my cash app receipt when I returned and your manager that was on duty was so disrespectful and passively aggressive with sarcasm. The total was $5.55 - the total wasn’t a problem it was the fact that she was incompetent that she had to call her GM- the conversation became confrontational and then she had a very nasty attitude and poor behavior while speaking to her employees (review the cameras) gender - Black Female - - I was so embarrassed that you would even have managers that couldn’t not handle a $5.55 transaction as if I was being dishonest. As a manager who have worked in management over 30 years didn’t represent your model - Have your way; she was making excuses vs. solving the complaint. I would not return back here again and don’t advise customers to visit here……
The fact that I had my cash app receipt should have been enough evidence to pull the receipt from your system since it was within (7) days ; instead she blew this situation out of proportion for NO reason and could have resolved with the DM in person vs us going back and forth over the phone ; as for as the GM and staff goes… suggestion to train on how to meet customers expectations especially when it wasn’t my fault-
