Poor customer service. Ignored my friend who was waiting for assistance and when I intervened were very surly. The tables were not cleared or cleaned. The food was cold. Coffee half full. Way overpriced compared to MacDonalds. The M54 obviously takes advantage of being the only place to eat at the Welcome Break
