My wife placed a order on the 2 Dec…Not arrived My wife placed a order on the 2 Dec 2020 over £22.00 and to date the 14 dec 2020 the cards have not arrived .There in a royal mail tracking number and since last week the order is said to be sitting in a hub of the post office collecting dust.The card factory repeat all i all ready know they dont care as they have had our money.The idea i placed a order is to receive it as need to write then be able to send the Xmas cards out by the 21 dec 2020.Contact with them is a nightmare on Facebook they repeat messages what i allready know ..This is there response Thank you for getting in touch with us regarding your delivery service. I can see your order was dispatched with RoyalMail24. Tracking no: nu891088491gb Due to the current climate RoyalMail24 is not a guaranteed next day service. This service is similar to Royal Mail 1st class and we ordinarily expect it to take 2-5 working days to arrive. You will receive a text or email from RoyalMail stating your delivery day and an estimated times. If this date or time does not suit you will be able to select either a different delivery day, a different address or ask for your item to be delivered to a local drop off point. There disgusting they know Customers place orders and expect them to arrive not sit somewhere with no idea as to when they could turn up ...Untrustworthy unhelpful bunch of thieves dont use there online service
