My wife placed a order on the 2 Dec…Not arrived My wife placed a order on the 2 Dec 2020 over £22.00 and to date the 14 dec 2020 the cards have not arrived .There in a royal mail tracking number and since last week the order is said to be sitting in a hub of the post office collecting dust.The card factory repeat all i all ready know they dont care as they have had our money.The idea i placed a order is to receive it as need to write then be able to send the Xmas cards out by the 21 dec 2020.Contact with them is a nightmare on Facebook they repeat messages what i allready know ..This is there response Thank you for getting in touch with us regarding your delivery service.
