“Went to the Card Factory in the Pyramids shopping centre Birkenhead on Tuesday 15th September. Served by a lovely guy who seemed to be doing 5 things at once. As he was the only member of staff serving. The smile never left his face and he was so pleasant to every customer and apologising for any delay. I then returned to the store later and he was still as smiley and helpful as earlier. Always helpful staff in your stores but he was exceptional.”

“I have just been to the Crewe branch for a birthday card for my wife, and, quite simply, the selection was abysmal. I complained politely to the assistant who agreed with me stating that similar complaints had been passed to management to no avail.
When I pass the card which I eventually bought to my wife I will have to apologise for the quality.”
