Cardfactory Epping Essex - I worked here as a Seasonal Sales assistant and lasted 8 weeks- The staff are miserable as The manager has no Management skills and puts them down in front of customers. The Kitchen and Toilets are filfy. No stock control - The Manager smokes outside in front of the shop which in my opinion is not a good look.

WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH CARD FACTORY IS! I PLACED AN ORDER ON MONDAY 4TH SEPTEMBER FOR DELIVERY ON TUESDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER AND IT STILL HAS NOT ARRIVED, TODAY IS SATURDAY 9TH SEPTEMBER. POOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL ARE ONLY TWO OF THE TERMS I SHALL BE USING IN MY ONLINE REVIEW EVEN THE MESSAGE THAT I SENT ON THE WEB-SITE HAS NPOT BEEN ANSWERED. NO SIGN OF A REFUND EITHER. S. I ordered a personalised card a week ago for a bg birthday disregarding my instincts to stay with moon pig , despite 4 emails I still haven’t received the card or an explanation I just keep getting told to wait for the next post ! Never ever use this company stick with moon pig or funky pigeon who deliver what they promise & offer customer service !!!!

I walk in to the shop In Burnley town centre and I see a staff member shouting at another colleague.Ater gathering my item I was at the till when I was served by Ruth that is was it said on her tag she was very rude and moody and was one of the worst customers service every I would definitely not recommend this store but also this member of staff

Ordered lots of cards in middle of November for Christmas. Still waiting, said might be here by 22nd December!! What a joke. No use to me by then. Blaming postal strikes. Even those don't delay orders by over a month. Disgusting service. Will never use them again.

Ordered some cards and chocolates for my sons birthday. When the chocolates arrived I noticed they only had a couple of days before the use by date expired. I complained to the customer service department. I was told that the short date was advertised on the product description. I didnt see any information so asked for the product information to be sent to me. No information was available to send to me as the chocolates weren't available anymore but was assured that the short date was written on the description. (I have looked at several other product details and none contain any use by dates). So basically your word against mine. Feel a bit fobbed off to be honest. Won't be using again.

No order & no responses ' Absolutely disgusting service! Cards haven’t arrived! Can’t get through on chat, I’ve emailed them to be ignored, I’ve opened a case on Paypal which again they’ve ignored. Disgraceful considering it’s near to Christmas and nobody can be bothered to email back. I’ll be reporting them to my bank if this is not solved. Worst online card shop ever

DO NOT USE THE ONLINE ORDER SERVICE,THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY,BUT WHEN YOU HAVE A MISSING ITEM,THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY KIND OF CONTACT,HAVE TRIED FOR 7 DAYS TO GET MY MISSING ITEM ,BUT TO NO AVAIL,GOOD WAY TO BOOST THERE PROFITS,SO I WILL NOW REPORT THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS,AND REQUEST A CHARGE BACK FROM MY CARD COMPANY I WOULD RATE THEM A BIG ZERO(,1*ONLY FOR REVIEW)

I ordered a personalised photo card on line. The print tone was very poor. It did not reflect the photo I supplied. When I contacted customer services, they were dismissive with a default response. I wouldn't recommend this company

The Managers are extremely high-handed. The Assisant Manager at Festival Park wasn't conciliatory and moreover, made new staff members feel unwelcome. She was nearly always hungover and blamed new staff for misunderstandings, when it wasn't their fault. She neither thanked nor appreciated staff members when they worked over, at short notice. The Manager at Talke Pits made a new staff member leave Festival Park 'in tears,' after starting disciplinary proceedings against her, because he told her that she was an hour 'late' for work. She was due to arrive at 11.00am, according to her phone rota. He either wanted to see her leave the company or, he fancied her. She had found him very watchful and bossy in a 'gentle but overbearing' way on the previous day.

Not impressed with card factory... Ordered items from there one was a wine glass and I added a luxury gift box didn't receive the gift box customer service said it was the courier who hadn't delivered it... I stated how can it be the courier when it wasn't in the box with the other items... I think that person from customer services and the person packing my box needs more training!!! Not a happy customer!!!!

I ordered 3 balloons to be delivered inflated, 2 were inflated, 1 arrived in the packet! Customer service were contacted by email. They offered to reimburse me for the inflation cost and suggested I take the balloon to another retailer to be inflated. How am I supposed to do that in lockdown to a retailer who didn’t sell me the balloon. They refused to send me another balloon. Terrible customer service when it is their mistake.

Utterly ridiculous!! Been trying to buy cards from them without any success. Registered and still found no way whatsoever to add anything to the basket. How absurd is this for goodness sake. Bet they don't sell many. Yes, I did allow cookies. Oh well. Off to somewhere else then.

I placed an order on 8th December for gifts and cards and have heard nothing. It is now too late for some of the items so trying to cancel but cannot get through on phone live chat and have now sent email which they will try and respond to in 48 hours! This is a high street store that has switched online but just doesn’t have logistics to cope. Will now try PayPal

My wife placed a order on the 2 Dec…Not arrived My wife placed a order on the 2 Dec 2020 over £22.00 and to date the 14 dec 2020 the cards have not arrived .There in a royal mail tracking number and since last week the order is said to be sitting in a hub of the post office collecting dust.The card factory repeat all i all ready know they dont care as they have had our money.The idea i placed a order is to receive it as need to write then be able to send the Xmas cards out by the 21 dec 2020.Contact with them is a nightmare on Facebook they repeat messages what i allready know ..This is there response Thank you for getting in touch with us regarding your delivery service. I can see your order was dispatched with RoyalMail24. Tracking no: nu891088491gb Due to the current climate RoyalMail24 is not a guaranteed next day service. This service is similar to Royal Mail 1st class and we ordinarily expect it to take 2-5 working days to arrive. You will receive a text or email from RoyalMail stating your delivery day and an estimated times. If this date or time does not suit you will be able to select either a different delivery day, a different address or ask for your item to be delivered to a local drop off point. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to get in touch. There disgusting they know Customers place orders and expect them to arrive not sit somewhere with no idea as to when they could turn up ...Untrustworthy unhelpful bunch of thieves dont use there online service

So disappointing, placed an order since for over a week now, yet to receive the items. Meanwhile the occasion has now passed. Customer service is also non-existent. Just terrible service delivery. Wonder how I can get a refund.

Ordered a non photo personalised 30th birthday card for my daughter on 5/11/20 order confirmation stated delivery by 11/11/20 her birthday is today and no card received ...very disappointed
