Ordered a special Xmas card for my mother on 9th December
Ordered stated delivery 12th December
Checked on 12th and order now stated Thursday 19th December checked on 18th and it now states Saturday 21st December
Absolutely disgraceful I am disgusted with this company and I only hope the card reaches her in time
My mother lives 4hrs away so it's not as if I can just drop in
