“I visited card factory in boscombe today and they were extremely helpful even though they were very busy a young lady I think was named Lacey was so very fast in blowing up my 4 helium balloons and was very helpful indeed I hardly ever write reviews but had to on this occasion as the staff were so great”

“Hi I would just like to say I have been into the Burnley shop today and what a delight it was . Welcomed with a big smile as always by Rachel and a lovely chat with Ruth and Julie too . The girls are always friendly and helpful , credit where it's due .....keep up the good work girls ! 👍”

“Delay to my balloon delivery but they didn't inform me about it. They are good at doing cards & thankfully she got her beautiful card well in time. I wouldn't get anything bigger than a card from them in the future or you risk being let down.”

“Today, 3rd April, I was told in my local store at Exmouth, Devon, that Card Factory are not supplying small bags anymore when purchasing cards! I was offered a very large bag for 5p which was far too big! The assistant said it was because the small bags were made of plastic. In that case I suggest that you supply small brown paper bags. A greetings card and envelope needs a bag to keep them clean and away from other shopping that you may have.”
