“I visited card factory in boscombe today and they were extremely helpful even though they were very busy a young lady I think was named Lacey was so very fast in blowing up my 4 helium balloons and was very helpful indeed I hardly ever write reviews but had to on this occasion as the staff were so great”

“Today, 3rd April, I was told in my local store at Exmouth, Devon, that Card Factory are not supplying small bags anymore when purchasing cards! I was offered a very large bag for 5p which was far too big! The assistant said it was because the small bags were made of plastic. In that case I suggest that you supply small brown paper bags. A greetings card and envelope needs a bag to keep them clean and away from other shopping that you may have.”
