Seriously the staff member was very kind and understood my disappointment. I visited the store this morning for an RSVP card but all you do are the ones for reply to a wedding invitation. Are they to old fashioned now for a person to reply in the correct manor having received a formal invitation?

On the 15th August I went in newark store there was one shop assistant serving while the other the manager was dealing with cards opposite Sharon the shop assistant had 3 customers then another who told her she had spilled a milkshake on the shop floor Sharon took action straight away to deal with the matter she oppogized to the customers at this point the manager did not offer any assistance towards her work colleague and left us customers waiting at the till I found this very enoying that a manager could allow this to happen I do thank Sharon who in this awful situation handled it professionally I will go back in the shop but not to be served by the manager sue.i have nothing but praise for Sharon well done.

I visited Burgess hill shop today I witnessed the manager talking to a member of staff in not a very nice tone he should of spoken to her when customers were not around I was not impressed and felt sort for her as I’m sure she was quite embarrassed

Sorry not impressed with new website. Some of my favourite cards are missing and I couldn't find what I was looking for. I don't want first class postage included in the personalised cards I may order. Found it difficult to narrow down the search to the category I required. Adding a card to my basket resulted in the search reverting back to everything. Time consuming and frustrating.

Didn't process my order due to a 'technical error' then didn't even both to email to tell me - told me a day AFTER my card was supposed to have been delivered - only after I reached out to them. Absolute joke of a service. So now my friends didn't get a card from me because they didn't bother to tell me they hadn't bothered to deliver it or process my order.
