“I spent hours finding photos and designing personalised cards. Card Factory cancelled my order saying they had lost it, so my time wasted. Customer service said they would resend a calendar but lied. I didn’t have it for my mum’s Christmas present and had to drive around xmas Eve looking for one - which couldn’t find. Very bad indeed on the phone, not caring at all, saying only accept posted complaints. Awful people.”

I went to your branch at Civic Centre Wythenshawe and I walk with the aid of a walking stick as I buy all my Birthday Cards at the beginning of the year walking stick,glasses,my bag reading cards,makes it very hard for me to do but I experienced a very easy shop today as the assistants Amanda and April were on hand to help me find the cards I needed made sure I had everything I needed.In my opinion both these ladies are an asset to your company they made my shopping an experience that I won't forget and I look forward to going in your store again.

She was extremely helpful at the till area where she served me as I needed some other cards which I couldn't find, so she kindly went to find a selection for me which I was very grateful for. Checked on 12th and order now stated Thursday 19th December checked on 18th and it now states Saturday 21st December
