“I called in the card factory in Rhyl north wales branch and the service is the best I’ve ever encountered, I was helped by two lovely members of staff to find the perfect cards also I was made aware of the offer that was on, so saved me some money as well, these ladies go above and beyond there job description, unfortunately there were a couple of customers that weren’t happy with just waiting one minute whilst one member of staff helped me and the other member of staff was helping a frail older gentleman with his purchase, I love the card shop near to me and hope it stays open for along time to come”
“Always shop here. The staff are so very friendly &always willing to help also great choice &value for money.Today Mandy served me she is always so very helpful &very polite nothing ever too much.”
“I was buying helium balloons for my newborn twin grandsons from snow hill card factory shop, Wakefield. Suzanne and Chloe were so unbelievably helpful they couldn’t do enough for me. They helped me stick the boys names on each of their balloons. These are members of staff to be cherished.”

“Big shout out to Katy at the Ilford branch next door to the Works shop. Thank you so much for helping me a couple of days ago when I walked in with so much on my mind.
