“I Was in your store in South Liverpool, Penny Lane, a week ago, the Sales Team were so helpful, the store is well laid- out and there's plenty of stock to choose from. I always buy my Greetings Cards from Card Factory, excellent value for money and they sell postage stamps.”

“Seriously the staff member was very kind and understood my disappointment. I visited the store this morning for an RSVP card but all you do are the ones for reply to a wedding invitation. Are they to old fashioned now for a person to reply in the correct manor having received a formal invitation?”

“Very good selection of cards and presents. The shop in Morecambe is always well displayed especially as it is a small shop. Staff are great, friendly helpful and professional. A good shopping experience.”

“I went into Card Factory on Monday 10/6/2024, I was first served by a very lovely called Lesley, who wasn't only too happy to help me find what I was looking for, but , then I needed something else, but I didn't want to be a nuisance,& Lesley seemed tuned in & realised I was a bit lost & came to my rescue, she was very engaging & didn't mind me chatting away, I continued browsing, by then Lesley was helping another lady, so Kirsty, who was equally nice & helpful, served me while I paid, nothing is too much trouble for these ladies, they are a credit to your company,”

“You failed my order and didn't contact me about it thinking it would go away. I contacted you asking why my order hadnt been processed. The usual technical difficulties (no staff). All you offered after failing your service was a miserable discount code towards a re-order 😂😂😂. Your having a laugh. To solve is successfully, you should have proccessed my order and sent is for free to fix the issue, but you didn't. Apparently you don't have the facilities to do this.”

“A good selection of cards and gift bags. I regularly buy from the Card Factory in Victoria Square, Felling NE10. Without exception the staff are friendly and helpful; what's not to like. I couldn't find how to type a review on the www.tellcardfactor.co.uk website, and I'm used to working online. All I got was a page showing all the products. So this review might not be applicable to this website.”

“Card factory made me unhappy yesterday. Dundee store. The signs all over the shop said, buy 3 cards get 1 free. I took this opportunity to buy 6 cards. I had an idea in my head what it should come too so felt I had been overcharged. The girl who served me didn’t say a word about offer just told me what the charge was. I overheard another assistant telling a customer that if she bought 4 she would get the forth one free. When he was finished with his customer I approached him and said, “that’s not what your sign says”. He replied, “ no I know it’s not very clear”. I wonder how many other customers have been fooled by this nasty advertising!!!”
