“You failed my order and didn't contact me about it thinking it would go away. I contacted you asking why my order hadnt been processed. The usual technical difficulties (no staff). All you offered after failing your service was a miserable discount code towards a re-order 😂😂😂. Your having a laugh. To solve is successfully, you should have proccessed my order and sent is for free to fix the issue, but you didn't. Apparently you don't have the facilities to do this.”

“A good selection of cards and gift bags. I regularly buy from the Card Factory in Victoria Square, Felling NE10. Without exception the staff are friendly and helpful; what's not to like. I couldn't find how to type a review on the www.tellcardfactor.co.uk website, and I'm used to working online. All I got was a page showing all the products. So this review might not be applicable to this website.”

“Card factory swindon haydon orbital It's a lovely shop so handy because of location and sell anything u need for a celebration and even better when you got amazing staff that help and advice in particular tracey and Shirley went above and beyond made my visit quick and easy”

“Card factory made me unhappy yesterday. Dundee store. The signs all over the shop said, buy 3 cards get 1 free. I took this opportunity to buy 6 cards. I had an idea in my head what it should come too so felt I had been overcharged. The girl who served me didn’t say a word about offer just told me what the charge was. I overheard another assistant telling a customer that if she bought 4 she would get the forth one free. When he was finished with his customer I approached him and said, “that’s not what your sign says”. He replied, “ no I know it’s not very clear”. I wonder how many other customers have been fooled by this nasty advertising!!!”

“We regularly visit our local shop in Ripley Derbyshire and would like to pass on our thanks to all the staff. They are so helpful and friendly to say the very least. It was also a pleasant surprise to find out that there was a four cards for the price of three cards offer on at the time of our visit. We hope that there will be similar offers in the future.”

“I was served by Lisa in your Enfield Town shop. I was looking for more Gabby dollhouse bath bombs for my daughter's party bags in your store but couldn't find more than 1 box. So I brought the one and went away. She came out of the store and called me back in as she had found more, and also found some slime on sale that could be used in the party bags. I have to say she was absolutely amazing! I don't think I have come across such a genuine, kind and helpful person! Even a fellow customer was amazed on what lengths she took to help. She is a definite keeper. Thank-you Lisa! x”

“I went into your Chatham shop in the Pentagon Shopping Centre to browse gift boxes and cards. I was having trouble trying to find the right gift box for a present I had bought previously. I asked Vicky for help and she was fantastic. She helped me put the present inside a few gift boxes until I found the right one. Then helped me pick out some tissue paper. Nothing was too much trouble. Then when I went to the payment desk Ben was so helpful and friendly because of this I asked him for both their names so I could praise them. Great customer service from both of them. They are a credit to your company.”

“Cardfactory Epping Essex - I worked here as a Seasonal Sales assistant and lasted 8 weeks- The staff are miserable as The manager has no Management skills and puts them down in front of customers. The Kitchen and Toilets are filfy. No stock control - The Manager smokes outside in front of the shop which in my opinion is not a good look.”

“Hi I needed to purchase a few cards today from Card Factory. The Lady who served me today was very helpful as I am disabled she said please don't rush just take your time. I was very impressed with the Lady. Its a pity more staff in other shops are not as helpful to disabled people. So Thank You So Much For your Kindness & Patience today you really made my day today I left Card Factory In New George Street Plymouth Store 0707 at 09.55 am feeling happy with the service.”
