“I visited Hatfield Card Factory this morning and was so happy with my visit. Tracey and Shreen the 2 staff members were so welcoming and helpful, what a positive experience, from picking my balloons to picking ribbon n colour. Very happy, thank you team at Hatfield.”

“I was in the Allestree branch in Derby during the week, the assistant Jackie was so helpful I use a walking stick and was struggling a little at the till but Jackie came from behind the counter and helped me out she found other products I'd wanted but couldn't find she was such a helpful and pleasant lady .”

“Karen and the staff at the Card Factory Argyle Street. Glasgow are the most pleasant, helpful ladies. Nothing is a problem and they go the extra mile to help you find the perfect cards you are looking for.Even at the busiest time like Christmas, Mothers day, fathers day etc no problem They are a credit to the company, keep up the good work. “I came into the shop in Camberwell south east London and two members of staff Tash and Lisa were very helpful Tash was funny friendly had a great sense of humour and helped me with my needs at the store and with the packaging of my items I’m definitely coming back because of how warm friendly and helpful she was and her great sense of humour Lisa was helpful too and very friendly and did her best to assist wherever possible and in some cases multi tasking when she didn’t need to”
