“I visited your Dorchester store to purchase some party balloons. I was served by Lynne, who helped me choose, recommended options and choices, and took the time to explain and help with my decision. I totally recommend this store and would recommend in future. Thank you very much, everyone comment on the lovely display.”

“Today we visited Card Factory shop St Austell Cornwall. PL25 5ER. Costumer service as always in this shop was excellent. VAT no 927214432 STORE 0611 TILL 2 - 017952234979 0PR TRANS. 22/04/2024 TIME 11:01 Unfortunately we don't have the name of the lady who served us. She has worked at the store a long time and couldn't be more helpful. Always pleasant and accommodating, no matter how busy they get. They really do get busy.”

“I live in Morley Leeds and use The Card Factory a lot usually going in at the begining of the year and buy all family and friends cards in bulk. There are always some events that pop up during the year so I probably use the shop about 10 to 12 times a year. The staff are always helpful especially a lady called Kirsty ( don't know if that's spelled right ) who is always smiling”

“I am a regular customer of the Card Factory in Chesterfield. Today I have visited there to purchase a teenage card. All 3 staff went out of their way to help me select a card. They were all so friendly, honest and helpful. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great team, thank you.”

“Hi visited the Uttoxeter store today and was greeted by two lovely smiles and two fabulous young ladies EMMA & CERYS who were very helpful and very polite. they soon fixed me up with everything I needed many thanks EMMA & CERYS thank you card factory will definitely be visiting the shop again soon, great store”
