“I was buying helium balloons for my newborn twin grandsons from snow hill card factory shop, Wakefield. Suzanne and Chloe were so unbelievably helpful they couldn’t do enough for me. They helped me stick the boys names on each of their balloons. These are members of staff to be cherished.”

“I went into Walton on Thames and the lady Helen I think her name was said I can’t do a £10.00 note you’ll have to go else’s where absolutely apporling customer service very disappointed and she needs more training”

“The member of staff that serviced me was very helpful and told me about all the offers that where on sale and about the great discount that was in store she had her name badge was on and she is called Rona very nice person I’ll be back to see what other offers are in the shop she also was very nice and smiled a lot which made me feel that she wanted me to come back which I will do”
