“First visit to the Stranraer store and it will be my last, the store manager and assistant didn’t care less about any customers they continued to talk to each other ignoring the customers and when I asked them for an item I couldn’t find the manager just rolled her eyes and tutted before sending her assistant Debra to assist me. Once Debra had located the item she just walked away while I was still talking to her. I have never been in any shop with so much disregard for the customer and if this is what Card Factory has become I certainly won’t be buying anything from them again.”

Shop absolulty boiling.
Store is great and well stocked. Staff are lovely so no complains there.
I visited the above store today and its was unbearably hot. There is no air con and it made it very difficult to stay in the store for any length of time. I came in for a birthday card and wanted to browse further but it was way too hot to stay in there for any length of time. I feel very sorry for the staff.”
“Went to Christchurch store during lunchtime to get a helium balloon and inflated so time was important. Not only was the staff member extremely efficient, she was also really friendly. I have to say normally the staff in there are pretty grumpy, so was massively impressed and surprised that this staff member was so nice. The name on her badge was Karen. So a big thank you from me.”
