“Visited card factory in Southsea the staff are always very helpful and friendly I always go there to get my cards ,wrapping paper and gifts and so does all my family and friends it’s the best card shop in the area and caters for all your needs all through the year .”

“There is a lot of choice in cards etc. staff are most helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable. Prices are very acceptable. The only thing I am not so happy is when it comes to cards for same sex couples for Christmas and other events you are lucky to have a choice of two. Could this be looked at”

“I shop very regular at the Dover store 0203 and can honestly say that the staff are always welcoming and so helpful on Saturday 1st March I was served by Racutl very helpful thank you. It’s so nice to be served by friendly staff does not matter when you go into the shop always friendly thank you Jan well done to you all”

“I asked for a little assistance to find appropriate table decorations etc for an occassion. Sarah was very knowledgeable and guided me around the store to all the items I had in mind (and some that I wouldn't have thought of)”

“I spent hours finding photos and designing personalised cards. Card Factory cancelled my order saying they had lost it, so my time wasted. Customer service said they would resend a calendar but lied. I didn’t have it for my mum’s Christmas present and had to drive around xmas Eve looking for one - which couldn’t find. Very bad indeed on the phone, not caring at all, saying only accept posted complaints. Awful people.”

“5th February. I went to your branch at Civic Centre Wythenshawe and I walk with the aid of a walking stick as I buy all my Birthday Cards at the beginning of the year walking stick,glasses,my bag reading cards,makes it very hard for me to do but I experienced a very easy shop today as the assistants Amanda and April were on hand to help me find the cards I needed made sure I had everything I needed.In my opinion both these ladies are an asset to your company they made my shopping an experience that I won't forget and I look forward to going in your store again.
