“Visited my local card factory today. Another excellent visit great customer service and good range of products. Good prices. Diane served me today and she was fantastic. My local Hanley branch.”

“I visited the Hempstead Valley store back in December of 2024 and was served by a lovely young lady called Claire Macbeth. She was extremely helpful at the till area where she served me as I needed some other cards which I couldn't find, so she kindly went to find a selection for me which I was very grateful for. Very friendly and gave terrific customer service.”

“Ordered a special Xmas card for my mother on 9th December Ordered stated delivery 12th December Checked on 12th and order now stated Thursday 19th December checked on 18th and it now states Saturday 21st December Absolutely disgraceful I am disgusted with this company and I only hope the card reaches her in time My mother lives 4hrs away so it's not as if I can just drop in”

“Ordered my friends birthday card should of come yesterday 13/12/2024 now waiting for it today on 14/12/024 still not arrived what a complete rubbish firm do not order from them they don’t deliver but they take the money from your bank be warned”

“Always first class customer service. Assistants always happy to help and nothing is too much trouble for them regardless of your query. I always go to card factory first when looking for particular cards.”

“I visited card factory in boscombe today and they were extremely helpful even though they were very busy a young lady I think was named Lacey was so very fast in blowing up my 4 helium balloons and was very helpful indeed I hardly ever write reviews but had to on this occasion as the staff were so great”

“Love this shop, always a good selection of cards and very reasonably priced. I visited the Belper Derbyshire store on 10/12/24 and was served by a very amiable young man, whose name I didn’t get. It’s a welcoming change to be treated with respect which is something rare these days.”

“I visited your branch in Bletchley MK today & l was so impressed. The shop was beautifully presented & so tidy……how that is managed at this busy time of year l don’t know! I was helped by the most lovely assistant SPENCE who overheard my comment to a friend & he offered to check stock at the back of the shop. SPENCE also served me at the POS & he was so smiley,willing & friendly - a credit to Card Factory 😊”

“Yesterday 27/11/2024 I visited the branch on Warwick rd. Acock's Green, I was looked after by both Lesley & Kirsty, (both were on hand to answer any query's I had ( & there were a few) even though they were both busy doing they're jobs, It wasn't just me either , any one who came in got served & helped in the same professional & polite manner, nothing was too much trouble for these ladies, who complimented each other in they're approach, they're a credit to the Card factory”
