I visited Card Factory in The Ellesmere Centre on Sunday 21st September. I was treated extremely pleasantly by the server. Sorry I did not get her name but I did thank her for her courtesy and told her I would write a review. I love Card Factory and always buy my cards etc., there and this lovely lady made the experience very pleasant for me. Thank you.
