“The staff are so helpful and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. The shop is well laid out and so clean it’s a pleasure to go into. Unfortunately I suffer with dreadful pain and the girl who served me, I think her name was Rhegan, could see I was struggling with walking and standing and she immediately came over and got me a chair and went and picked cards out for me to choose from. You don’t get that sort of caring and help from many stores these days. The staff need to be congratulated and so do you as a company. Please pass on my sincere thanks for all her help.”

“Jane the assistant was so helpful wanted something for a crystal anniversary for my daughter and husband she said she had something near the window two glass and rhe stems had crystal bits in them so pleased with my purchase. Bought from Deal shop”

“I was in card factory Johnstone on Thursday afternoon to get balloons for the birth of my new granddaughter an birthday balloons an cards wrapping ect the lady an young man that served myself an my sister where very helpful thanks soo much ,but unfortunately on the way home the large 31" balloon on the arrangement got damaged an deflated , I called the Johnstone shop in the morning got a lovely girl I think was called Sarah who went above an beyond to sort out a replacement I can't thank you enough great service an excellent staff/ service”

“In the Folkestone branch around 11 o'clock today I became aware of a member of staff helping a very elderly gentleman in a wheelchair with complex difficulties with his choice of card. She was absolutely wonderful helping him write the wording in the sympathy card he had selected and ensuring he had a stamp. Her patience and kindness was outstanding and what I saw actually brought tears to my eyes when I thanked her for looking after the customer.”
