I placed an order on 8th December for gifts and cards and have heard nothing. It is now too late for some of the items so trying to cancel but cannot get through on phone live chat and have now sent email which they will try and respond to in 48 hours! This is a high street store that has switched online but just doesn’t have logistics to cope.
