I visited the store Parkway Sheffield to purchase balloons for my partners 70th birthday. The manager Laura was extremely helpful in helping me select balloons for the party on Wednesday 27 October. I collected the balloons on Saturday 30 -they were simply amazing !! Laura and her team are fantastic and I can honestly say that the customer service went over and above excellent. Laura and her team are a credit to the card factory -well done Laura and thank you
