I was looking for 2 birhday cards at the card factory shop Beaumont Leys Leicester. I found 2 which I liked and went to pay. Chloe on the counter advised me that I could get another free. (special offer)
I did and at the time was carrying other shopping without a bag. Chloe suggested and provided a large plastic bag to carry my shopping without damaging the cards.
