I bought a couple of cards from card factory yesterday and was really impressed by the service. I was at the till buying a card for my husband and asked if they had any playing cards. The assistant said she would get them for me. She was so helpful. Her customer service was faultless. I couldn't see a name badge so will say this about everyone there....I always find card factory staff helpful and kind. Even when they are really busy, they are always polite.
