I just wanted to show some appreciation to the staff at Card Factory in Longton. Whenever I go into store they are always friendly, helpful and nothing is to much trouble whether I'm buying cards, gifts or helium balloons. I've never had a bad experience while shopping at this store and it's a pleasure to shop there.
