Card factory made me unhappy yesterday. Dundee store. The signs all over the shop said, buy 3 cards get 1 free. I took this opportunity to buy 6 cards. I had an idea in my head what it should come too so felt I had been overcharged. The girl who served me didn’t say a word about offer just told me what the charge was. I overheard another assistant telling a customer that if she bought 4 she would get the forth one free. When he was finished with his customer I approached him and said, “that’s not what your sign says”. He replied, “ no I know it’s not very clear”. I wonder how many other customers have been fooled by this nasty advertising!!!
