I went into Card Factory on Monday 10/6/2024, I was first served by a very lovely called Lesley, who wasn't only too happy to help me find what I was looking for, but , then I needed something else, but I didn't want to be a nuisance,& Lesley seemed tuned in & realised I was a bit lost & came to my rescue, she was very engaging & didn't mind me chatting away, I continued browsing, by then Lesley was helping another lady, so Kirsty, who was equally nice & helpful, served me while I paid, nothing is too much trouble for these ladies, they are a credit to your company,
