In the Folkestone branch around 11 o'clock today I became aware of a member of staff helping a very elderly gentleman in a wheelchair with complex difficulties with his choice of card. She was absolutely wonderful helping him write the wording in the sympathy card he had selected and ensuring he had a stamp. Her patience and kindness was outstanding and what I saw actually brought tears to my eyes when I thanked her for looking after the customer.
