I was in card factory Johnstone on Thursday afternoon to get balloons for the birth of my new granddaughter an birthday balloons an cards wrapping ect the lady an young man that served myself an my sister where very helpful thanks soo much ,but unfortunately on the way home the large 31" balloon on the arrangement got damaged an deflated , I called the Johnstone shop in the morning got a lovely girl I think was called Sarah who went above an beyond to sort out a replacement I can't thank you enough great service an excellent staff/ service
