Pretty much fat cats overpricing cheap goods and then protecting themselves ! A real example ? I bought a wrought iron garden stand for euros 250. It turned out not to fit where I wanted to use it. I tried to sell it again but was told I was not allowed to put a reserve on it and it was not worth the value.
