Worst of the worst. Avoid at all cost.
I bought an item that (to make a very long story very short) couldn't be shipped. Catawiki never informed me of this until after - on their advice - I had paid import tolls.
Now 2.5 months later I'm still waiting for a refund for the object I purchased. And Catawiki are saying that they won't refund the import duties (which again, they told me to pay).
Companies at these should honestly not be allowed to operate.
