First of all, I bought a used Louis Vuitton bag via Catawiki which, instead of arriving in “max 21 days” took two months to get to my house. The seller had folded it so tightly that the creases are still in the bag. Catawiki’s response to both problems? “Nah, we don’t care.”
Secondly, I’ve seen it happen multiple times that “no reserve price” items end up not selling because “final price too low”. That’s a straight-up scam. No reserve means NO reserve.
Lastly, their UX is absolute garbage.
