Over 2 years ago I have cancelled a small auction bid and paid the €1,80 they requested for the auction processing fee. After a recent "upgrade" of their website Catawiki has placed the same cancelled auction into my acount and marked as UNPAID requesting to pay for it again. IMHO that's fraud.
