I have also bad experience with Catawiki. Bought wristwatch from shop van HORLOGEMAN. after few days watch stooped. I wrote bad review on thair homepage. Shop van HORLOGEMAN contacted me, to send them item back on thair experiences and they will do the service and send me back.
It can not get in tuch with them and Catawiki eather. I sent few massages and no one replied. I can't even contact Catawiki and all my massages are gone. :(
