Hello,
I'm trying to be refunded for an order that didn't arrive and I encounter a wall with Catawiki Support team.
I'm struggling for a month and 6 days to get my money back and still can't do it.
On the opposite, after my claim they modified the delivery date to a date in the future so I can't be refunded.
This is a shame for this platform I initially trusted...
