Ordered a lamp. It came shattered. Made the complaint in time, received nothing. The seller says is my problem and he is not gonna reimburse. I paid the price for the item, transportation, customer protection fee and got nothing in return, only pieces of glass. I had more than 40 orders, from which 6 were not the objects described or were damaged, but this was the last one. I had enough.
