As a buyer you’re left unprotected when you buy from a high volume seller. The seller had left out description of damage on the item, had taken pictures from angles where the damage could not be seen and had made the object wet to get more vibrant colors. Furthermore, due to the damage it was actually visible that the object was fake. Seller was natural-art-minerals from Germany. Catawiki completely chooses buyer side, ignores my remarks and even removes the bad review on the seller’s request.
