Had a watch delivered which lost a screw pin from the strap within a week. The response from the buyer was positive until it came to sending a replacement screw, then it was negative.
Catawiki changed a negative post to a neutral post and refused to discuss the reasons why. They just want everyone to think its a genuine business when it's a scam.
