After I read that every product is being checked by the catawiki staff, I bought a sealed lorcana sealed first chapter booster display. When the package arrived, I got supicious directly after opening it. It was clearly tempered with. Checking the shipping label, I could see that the shipping was 30 euros and not 45 euros as I paid for. While opening the box, I noticed that there were only 22 and not 24 packs inside the display. On top of that, the packs were opened and very badly closed again with glue. Big gaping holes still visible. Then I checked the packs and one pack that I opened did not even have 13 cards in it but 11 and in the wrong order as well. I videod all this and filed a claim. Lets see what their response it, but they definitly do not check what is being sold beforehand. Ok the experience only got worse, I filmed the whole unboxing and removed the seal in the process, uploaded the files on Google drive and send the links to catawiki. After three days I get a reply with a very aggressive tone, that the files I sent are no use and I should send files no bigger than 4mb. If I don't do this before the end of business next day they close the case. People like me work, at the end of next business day, is extortion to me. I can't show the proof I already have because the seal is broken and I can't even properly show 1 pack and explain what is wrong inside a 4mb video recorded on my phone. The aggressiveness in their email really shocked me, especially since the seller already told me they got the box from another trader and apologised for the ordeal. I would probably never use their website again, now changed to I will never use their website again... 27/04. Update on how awefull their support is. The seller did contact me on the 22/04 and informed me that he is in the wrong and offered a full refund. Off course he would, because the proof is really 200% conclusive. I am still waiting for another week, two weeks now since I received the tampered with booster display and Catawiki is not answering my emails. Their chatsupport is not "available" for the 4th day that I tried and their telephone support line is not available either. Seriously, stay away from this company. This is one of the worst experiences I ever had with any company.
