Catawiki is an absolute scam. I purchased a bag, when I received it, the condition was much worse than indicated and it smelled horrible, like it was stored in a basement. I immediately filed a claim and request to return. Now, four weeks later, nothing has happened and no one has helped me resolve this. This is so unprofessional and fraudulent.
