The site clearly states
"We ensure your money is kept safe. We only release payment to the seller up to 3 days after delivery so that you have had the time to inspect your object."
This is not true and clearly misleading. I have 4 objects that were never delivered - therefore I never inspected them - and they still took my money. On top of that customer support is a set of canned answers and they do not care about customer service.
