Terrible customer care. I have ordered (and paid) one hi-fi amplifier.
When I have opened the package it was surrounded by trash (literally) and the amplifier wasn’t working .
After days Catawiki is not handling the issue and they say that may be they can consider a partial refund !
I’m gonna make a claim to Police for scam.
