I confirm what others have said, the support service is non-existent. Avoid that platform like the plague and especially sellers who don't have 100% positive reviews. I purchased a subwoofer for 180 euros that was clearly not working. Even though I immediately attached a video of the problem, recognized by the seller himself, they couldn't stop the payment! They gave me a 30 euro voucher for future purchases!
