2nd time in a row I bought a nice watch, but 2nd in a row it wasn´t working. Catawiki asks you to send a photograph of the shipping label, a video and 5 photographs of the object.
However, that will never help if the watch doesnt´ work as the problem is inside the watch. But what´s more they don´t even get a look at what you send, ignoring to have received a mail.
So they don´t give a f..... about complaints
