I received an empty box delivered to my home from Belgium. In my opinion, Catawiki should oblige the seller to take out shipping insurance. In my situation, the package was not sent in the box or the package was stolen at Vape and before delivery to PostNL. I reported it to Catawiki, but they are very antisocial and have not been heard from since. They collect money but do not adhere to European consumer regulations.
